Who we are

A boutique developer.

South Developments designs and builds small-scale villa communities on the south coast of Lombok. Few projects, deeply considered.

We keep our work small on purpose. It lets us stay close to the architects, close to the land, and close to the local partners who have carried each project with us.

Long relationships. Long horizons. Buildings that belong to the place they sit on.

People come here looking for peace, nature, and beauty. We believe that is the real luxury, and we build for it. Small-scale, deeply considered, always in harmony with the landscape.

Each project we take on is a chapter in the same larger idea: that the way this coast is developed matters, and that the alternative to volume is patience. We are building a small portfolio of places, one at a time.
